A renegade commander is a humanoid smob found in the Blighted Forest north of the Ruined Keep.
Description
"A renegade commander fingers an ugly scar.
A tall and chiseled man of arms, this commander radiates enforced order. A thin, ugly scar runs from his left eyebrow, down his cheek and neck, and disappears under his breastplate. Failing to jump when hearing the first sound of the word would likely cause a list of additional chores around the next campsite."
