"A twisted tree is here, shaking in the wind.
Legend has it that long ago, before the Breaking, there were trees who seemed almost alive and were tended by creatures who have long since disappeared. Fanciful story or no, this tree appears to be quite sturdy and powerful. The bark on its trunk is almost a face whose brows and mouth are set in disapproving lines. Its branches look more like grasping claws than leafy shelter."
