Bind

Bind is an unimplemented command used to tie up someone who has been held or subdued.

In Game Description

Syntax: bind <victim>

This command is used to tie up someone who has been held or subdued. It
requires you to hold something that can bind, such as rope. It allows you
to take a person against their will, an example would be an Aes Sedai
and a Warder taking a Male channeler in for stilling and sentencing at the 
White tower.
