Call

Call is a command used to have guards unlock locked city gates.

In Game Description

Syntax:  Call

If the gate to a town or city is locked, you can call out to the gatekeeper
who may decide to open the gate and allow you to pass. In general,
gatekeepers will allow passage to anyone who is not a known criminal in the
city.
