The farm Ross is talking about is just north east of him and very quick to reach. The entrance room 'In front of the farmhouse' is located 4n 3e from Ross. Of note when first arriving in front of the farmhouse, 1n is a horse load 'A Hayfield Barn' should you need a horse. To get further into the farm the player will need to open the front door.

Entering the command 'open frontdoor' will allow the player to move east into the Farmhouse. They will then similarly need to open the backdoor and head 1e 1n. This will bring you to the vegetable garden, the item needed is [[a brightly colored carrot]]. Once you have one return to Ross for your reward.

Carrots for eyesight is the first of four quests offered by Ross, a quest giver in the village of Glancor.

Quest Summary

Ross wants the player to learn about naviagating doors. He asks you to fetch him a carrot from the farm just north of him.

When the player returns with the carrot they are rewarded with a choice of body armor.
