Strategies
Dougan Revarnan is a highly aggressive male channeler smob who travels randomly across the map throughout each day. He can be found anywhere - within cities, deep in the forest, or in the middle of the Blight. His location can often be surmised by the sound of city alarms sounding as he fights and kills city guards. He will attack, emote, and weave on players in combat and can potentially do up to 150 damage in the course of an initial attack. He attacks with a variety of status and offensive weaves, but his most dangerous attack is hurricane. Many players have died after attacking Dougan in Whitebridge when he hurricaned them onto water (without a raft) killing them.
