Lobrane D'shaq is a humanoid mob found inside the city of Lugard.
Miloh refers players to Lobrane for additional quests after they finish all of his tasks in Whitebridge. It appears that he is intended to be a newbie quest giver in a future update, possibly for mid-level characters, but at this time does not offer any quests.
Lobrane is in The Good Night's Ride, the lowbie inn in Lugard. His room is located 4s, 5e, 1s from the Lugard Center Square and town crier.
