Offer

Offer is a command that is used in inns. This requests the innkeeper to appraise how much it would cost to safely store your items.

The Offer command can also be used at master blacksmiths to both check the honed or hardened status of a weapon as well as the cost to do so.

In Game Description

Syntax: offer

Offer will ask an innkeeper how much he will charge you to rent a room
and store your equipment when you leave the game, in cost per day rent.
