Ondurel Esimir is a humanoid smob found in the village on the Tanchico Road. He is a member of a Darkfriend cell along with Tervain Shehald and Surelle Toloran.

Description

"A Captain of the Panarch's Legion stands here, his hand on the hilt of his weapon.

A tall, thickset man stands here, clothed in the armor of the Panarch's Legion. Heavy brows sit above shadowed eyes of flint-gray, a thick moustache adorning his top lip. Rough stubble covers his cheeks, catching on the silken veil that covers his lower face. His hair is streaked with grey, the emblem of his rank embroidered on his sleeve in golden thread."
