Orma is technically located within the zone of Whitebridge. Locate "A Hollow by the River Arinelle" within the Braem Woods and journey onto the river with a canoe or raft. Open the "crates" south-west of there and then the "plank". Orma roams the River Bitch.

Trivia[]
Orma was introduced on 5/27/2017 as part of the ToL post "Swigs and Booty". This human quest focused on battling bandits at Ragnor, Roland, the Iron Fist Valley (with the appearance of the Bandit Warlord), and on the River Bitch. The supplies recovered by Dragonsworn players ultimately resulted in the crafting of clan trinkets for their clan.
