Polearms encompasses both the Warrior skill and the weapon class it enables one to use.

All polearms are mended with an oilstone. Practicing this skill gives residual practices to Lances, Spears, and Javelins.

This skill group includes those items with are larger than normal or
require more strength/two hands to wield. Practicing one skill within this
group will result in the other skills marginally increasing as well,
reflecting the similarity between the weapon skills.
