Quartermasters are mobs which provide extra storage spaces for clan members. An update on December 22 2006 introduced these mobs to replace clan chests, with storage capacity based on quantity of items, rather than weight as previously.
Items can be listed, withdrawn, and deposited in the same manner as innkeeper mobs.
