Shout sends a message to everyone in the game, at a cost.

Syntax: shout <message> This will broadcast a message to everyone in the game, whether they want to hear it or not. Note that this will cost 1/2 of your hit points, so it should only be done in situations which are very severe in which you need a god. In that case, narrating should be done first, and then shout only if it is needed. Example: > shout I need a god here. Major problem.
