Surelle Toloran is a human smob found in a village on the Tanchico Road, about halfway between Tanchico and Katar. She is a channeler and a member of a Darkfriend cell along with Tervain Shehald and Ondurel Esimir.
Description[]
"An elegantly-dressed lady stands here, glancing around nervously.
An elegant lady with long auburn hair stands here, rubbing her upper arms nervously. Her eyes are a deep, cornflower blue, her skin as pale as milk. Her heart-shaped face is delicately dusted with freckles, and her long, golden hair hangs in ringlets over her shoulders. Her gown is so sheer as to be translucent, a myriad of long, ragged scars clearly visible through the gossamer fabric. Like all Taraboners she wears a veil of silk."

Strategies[]
Surelle loads in a room along with Ondurel Esimir and Tervain Shehald, with Ondurel and Surelle following and grouped on Tervain. There are no other minions in the room, but the presence of all three smobs adds higher risks -- and rewards -- to attacking them.
Surelle is a channeler and will regularly use weaves to attack opponents in the room. Specifically, she appears to use Ice Spikes and Blind exclusively, and she can use either while engaged in combat. She and Ondurel group on Tervain, so as long as Tervain is alive, faceoff will apply when attacking them. None of the smobs will rescue each other. Once Tervain has been defeated, the other two smobs do not group together, making them easier to target if attacking with a group. However, Surelle is arguably the most dangerous of the three, because of her channeling. Notably, Blinding, Freezing, or Bashing Surelle will prevent her from weaving, making it much safer to attack the others. While Blinded, she will still weave against her attacker, however.
Two channelers, or one solo channeler with patience and good timing (and possibly use of Overchannel to recover SPs), can kill the group of smobs without too much trouble. In addition, the room is hideable, so a solo player using Backstab can also clear all three smobs fairly easily; however, you should bring a bubbling draught to counter Surelle and will need to strategically time backstab attempts using the aggro pulse timer. A traditional smob group is a viable tactic, but due to the fact that the whole group of smobs can be killed fairly easily, a group is not usually needed.
