Survival is a Hunter skill that allows a player character to butcher various animal or fish corpses to get meat, as well as granting a number of passive bonuses. Survival works by Levels, which go up every 14 practice percentage points. Higher levels of Survival bring additional advantages, which are detailed below.
Butcher[]
When wielding a short blade, a player with Level 1 Survival or greater can butcher the corpse of a dead animal or fish for food. The amount of meat given is a function of the corpse's weight and the player's Survival level.
Insert formula relating Survival level and corpse weight to weight of meat butchered.
In Game Description[]

Hunger and Thirst[]
A passive bonus is granted with higher levels of survival such that the amount of ticks needed to go from full to hungry increases, with a similar bonus applied to thirst. Interestingly, the amount of alcoholic drink needed to become drunk also increases.
