Tervain Shehald is a humanoid smob found in the village on the Tanchico Road. He is a member of a Darkfriend cell along with Ondurel Esimir and Surelle Toloran.

"A squat Taraboner merchant stands here, instructing the members of his cell.
A squat little man stands here on bandy legs, his belly as round as a beer barrel. His face is shiny and smooth-skinned, rolls of fat almost hiding his beady black eyes. His thinning hair is combed carefully over his balding scalp. His clothes are made of the finest fabrics, the shoulders embroidered with intricate scroll-work. A sheer veil of silk covers the lower portion of his face, doing nothing to hide his immense moustache."
