The Seanchan dockmaster is a Seanchan smob found southeast of Tear.
Description
"A dark skinned dockmaster keeps order on his docks.
Long retired from his seafaring days, this short but burly man still has the rolling gait of a man accustomed to ship life. Now he watches the span of the docks and piers with the same attention he gave his ship in older times. A heavy cudgel slaps against his hand in a rhythmic pace, and his broad shoulders and large tattooed arms show he knows how to use his weapon. A scowl crosses his face as easily as the tide changes."
