Embark/Disembark room []
Aboard the Silver Sword Two things are notable on this part of the ship: the hatch to the cargo hold and a structure with a peaked roof. Upon close inspection one can see little round holes in the sides of the vertical parts of the structure, framed by a metal ring which holds a little round pane of glass. A raised cubicle sits on this end of the roof, a wooden door inside it standing slightly ajar. A small boat has been tied firmly into place over the hatch that leads to the cargo hold. Stern (sailing) room []
At the Stern of the Silver Sword Sticking from the railing of this vessel is a heavy boom that serves as a tiller. Ropes lead up towards the ship's shortest of two masts, which has a triangular sail slanting down towards a boom that hangs four spans above the deck. Forming the deck of the ship are rows and rows of planks, angling down towards the middle of the ship. A black substance can be spotted in the seams between the boards. A weather worn ships log lies open nearby, its pages flapping in the breeze. [ obvious exits: E ]
Bow []
At the Bow of the Silver Sword Under the bowsprit of this ship, a straight bow cleaves the water into two. The sides of the ship angle sharply away from the straight beam causing the front deck to be broader than the ship's bottom. Metal plating has been nailed to the bow, and the light reflecting on the drops on the metal cause it to gleam like silver. A large triangular sail leads up from the edge of the bowsprit to the tip of the tallest mast. [ obvious exits: W ]
