The chief of the wretches is an undead smob found south of the village of Kintara, just south of Caemlyn, in a cave complex.
Description[]
"The chief of the wretches hulks here warningly.
This wretch is different than the others within these caves. For one, he is bigger and has not become skeletal thin like the others. It could be because the others are forced to give up their food to him. He is as pale as the others and as grimy. His hair is parted and tied into two matted braids. Dark eyes glower menacingly at intruders."

Strategies[]
The western entrance to this mob complex is one-way. The wretch chief loads behind the "greenwall" and is not assisted or rescued by any of his wandering wretches. He boasts no special abilities or attacks and does not yell. He is "Full Channel". The exit to the small cave complex is through the "creepers". Numerous rats load within the cave so be sure to kill them. Some skulking thieves are also found within the caves, but they are not aggressive.
