The Children of the Light are the victor in the war against the Defenders of the Stone, winning with 250 points vs 190 (preliminary count). See the exact tally below.
The Defenders have to communicate the terms they will accept to the Children within 7 days RL, as well as to imms for the imm side of the changes.
Note that there are some scalps of which I have not seen evidence that they were true affiliates, if that evidence is provided, I will change the tally. However, those turn ins will not affect the outcome of the war. It could however make the difference between how many terms the loser will have to cede.

Since I keep getting questions about this: the names that are separate, e.g. Carl and Jonathan, weren't counted. Hence when if someone provides evidence that they were true affiliates, the tally may be updated.
