Update:A permanent jump exit in the Ruined Keep

Since we see DS hitting inside Fal Dara with some frequency and we feel that Fal Dara having jump exits is the only thing that sometimes allows some form of pk to continue, we have decided to add a jump exit to Ruined Keep too.

It uses the same commands as Fal Dara: jump out.

X marks the spot. Although... I don't think the x was originally intended for that. ;)
