Folks, I know tempers are running high and opinions are pretty strident about a crash caused by a firewall placement a few days ago.
I'd like to remind you all that the policy is NO REIMBURSEMENTS. Yelling at Imms, especially the newer ones, is really poor form. If a lower imm reimburses you outside the direction of a 104 or Staff member, we get de-Immed. It's that cut and dried.
