Update:Amador and mob strength.

While player numbers have recovered a bit, essentially cities are still populated mob wise with 100-200 players in mind. It's about time we take a look at that I guess. Amador next.

There are currently 90 cityguards, Child of Light and Child of Light lieutenants in the main city zone. That's a bit much. :P
