Ankle biters now load in rockpen in the Ruined Keep. Feed them if you want a friend for exp. Additionally I removed their scavenge feature and have adjusted them to take basic orders (standard warning: if I find you can order them to do things a weakling mob designed to be an exp buddy shouldn't be able to do and I catch people abusing such things I'll nerf them and punish you!)
