Update to Human Preolled Stats

Female Channeler: 14 18 18 18 14
Please remember for stats worse than prerolled you can contact Vampa for this.
It is advisable that you stat until you get the constitution that your class preroll has and then take the rerolled option.

And again an increase, otherwise new players will have to stat for ages and we'd rather have them play!
The stats are as follows:
Warrior: 19 13 14 15 19 <--- These were upgraded.
Hunter: 18 11 12 17 19 <--- These were upgraded.
Rogue: 17 12 11 19 17
Female channeler: 13 16 17 17 13
Male channeler: not available.

We've decided to increase the stats offered when using the prerolledstats option. Also, female channelers can now get a set of prerolled stats. This option still only is available for Lightside/human.
The stats are as follows:
Warrior: 19 10 12 12 19
Hunter: 18 10 12 17 18
Rogue: 17 12 11 19 17
Female channeler: 13 16 17 17 13
Male channeler: not available.
