When the first Seanchan was brought back into Blodfest's camp, when his body was flayed and dismembered, they found that the distinct taste was worth begging for further access. His raid on Falme with Blarg had proven unsuccessful. Their defenses were too strong--they looked now for a weaker target and found it on the outskirts of a city that was too large to defend.
The camp settled into it's new location and the ter'angrael had been mostly learned, now it would allow them to visit more places if it was brought to the dreadlord.
Unfortunately, the Sedai who had been studying in the north seemed to have disappeared, the last traces of her seemed to lead to a den of brigands in the forested borderlands.
Note: Blodfest will continue to change and shift, but the locations that have been chosen will remain.
