While researching https://web.archive.org/web/20050122105646/http://...wotmud.org/forums/viewtopic.php?type=0&topic=71279&forum=3&10 I found something I have now changed.

Previously, the game only checked to see if the mob you were fighting was a SPIRIT class mob, and if so, then it would allow you to flee even if berserk.

As of the next reboot, the game will check that, AND check if you are wielding a warded weapon. If you are, you will not be allowed to flee while berserk. Of course, until I eventually get to checking if you have one anywhere in your inventory you could simply remove the weapon and you would be allowed to flee again. I'll do that additional check sometime in the future, right now the game will just look at the weapon you are wielding.
