It's been a bit since my last major update. Sorry about that, vacations and all have taken priority. Now, without further adieu...
As of Saturday, August 19th, 2006's morning reboot the following changes will be in effect.
- Stating
- The female stat malus has been removed**
- Each race now has a minimum statsum
- Statsum - the sum of each of the five stats added together
- Any stat roll which falls below the statsums will be automatically rerolled
- ** We will NOT be entertaining requests for global increases due to this change
- Darkfriends
- All characters with > 0 altqp will receive a personal mail
- Further details are restricted to need to know
- Ban messages
- All banned ISP messages have been updated
- Note to all, mails should be forwarded to wotmud@gmail.com until further notice
- Aes Sedai clan chest rooms
- Spell point cost to enter your chest rooms has been reduced
- Selling stored items
- The restriction for being in rent-debt is suspended
- Items can be sold as if paying for rent debt
- You will NOT get money in return
- Consider it a method of clearing older items
Please make note of the fact that we are NOT entertaining any requests for a global increase of stats due to the statting changes.
