The previous system for generating these codes has been reverse engineered I think you might say. It was never designed to stand up to anyone that was overly determined to figure out how to do it.
In light of this I've re-engineered a system to create all variety of codes. This means that any previous code you have after this reboot will not works. This includes codes for traveling, gating and fading. The new codes are case sensitive, so keep that in mind. They are also a little longer and have some characters in them that the old ones didn't. I realize that this is a pain for the channelers out there who just lost all their gate codes, but don't look at it that way. Think of it as an excuse to ride a warhorse around the MUD for awhile.
If you notice bugs as with all things please report them in the correct forum. If you want to complain as always start a post in General. (Sometimes I make myself laugh, and you know you were laughing too I saw you)
I don't think we'll have to change codes after this point, however only time will tell.
