Update:Mastermob issuing in Caemlyn, FD and EF.

As part of the Summer Events, I've added barracks to Caemlyn, Fal Dara and Emond's Field. In these barracks, you can SAY ISSUE MASTERMOB and SAY SEND MASTERMOB HOME. These mobs l load naked btw.

These barracks are all in the same zone, so you cna pick a mob up at the one barracks and return it to the other. Note that it will probably cost you qps if you drop it odd elsewhere. The same applies to picking a mob up in your homezones and dropping it off at the barracks.

Please note that if you abuse this and stack the hell out of these rooms, I will take it out asap. Otherwise I will keep it in for about 10-14 days.
