An additional exit out of Tear, east of the Dragonwall Gate has been made available.
Lord Jaerni has taken up residence in Tear, while Duberman Torvar was put in the care of the Winged Guard as a safeguard for Lord Jaerni's safe return.

To keep the Tear herald chain requiring dockmaster from being disabled, the Dockmaster has been put on the Golden Leopard ship, south of Mayene. He will not load his usual items, he is just there to enable the heralds.
