This is for LS only, since these are not intended to be used crossrace.
From now on, you can walk up to a stablehand (not the young ones) and say that you wish to SEND A MESSAGE.
The stablehand will then take a pigeon from the coop, and you can give the pigeon a sheet of paper with a message to be delivered (to another LS character). To make sure the message gets delivered to the right person, you must start your message with MESSAGE TO NAME, where NAME is the person you want the message delivered to.
To write a message, you can obtain paper at certain shops, as well as a quill pen.
