The Seanchan have to communicate the two terms they will accept to the Children within 7 days RL, as well as to imms if the terms they accept include game changes that players cannot do.

Dain Bornhald has replaced Lord Zuret, who was recalled to Seandar. He resides there, helping to plan the Hailene.

The Seanchan Dockmaster has been replaced with a Hand of Light Inquisitor. Since the minion mobs' level was not identical, I added a mob instead.
