The well-travelled merchant will now trade with Seanchan as well. There's no longer any reason for Seanchan players to wear the clan uniforms of other races and they will be expected not to. Trade it in at a merchant or don't wear it at all.
Clanned Seanchan should help enforce this.
This applies to clan uniforms. Clan trinkets will be handled at a later date.
