All,

We have noticed that some people seem to turn in an extreme amount of tin chits, propelling them through the ranks without actually doing much of anything that corresponds with a clan's roleplay. While tin chits were indeed meant to give a bit of a boost, people getting up to 1/4 of the way to master through these is a bit much, especially considering many are alted.

Starting this year, we'll be setting a limit of 5 tin chits per character per RL year.

At the same time, we realize that setting other item limits to, for example, 30 angreal, 30 fade shirts, 30 gleaming swords etc. -ever- gets in the way of certain clans' roleplay, plus people's administration gets lost as they lose computers, "quit" and so on.

Starting this year, we'll be changing these to a limit of 10 items per RL year although there may be a few exceptions.

I'll be making adjustments to the relevant mobol over the coming days. Some clans may not have a relevant turn in mob, but if you feel your clan has an rpish reason to have one for certain items, I'll be happy to pass on your proposals for imm discussion.
