Revised: Any and all selling/buying/begging requests are to be made on the chat channel. Do not use narrate. Players are asked to direct people to chats when they do use narrates. The request should be brief and not asked more than once or twice. Abusers may see their global privledges revoked. Players are encouraged to use the ignore function if someone is annoying.
Use of the Bazaar, say and yells is still encouraged and appreciated.
Spam tells to players will be met with harsher punishments.
