There's a new feature on the forums, the ability to mail clans. Please use this instead of the in-game way of doing so, which will be disabled shortly.
To mail a clan: go to "mails", where you will see a new "send group mail" option. Click on it, and choose the group that you wish to mail to. For example, to mail watchers, you'd send to "roleplay" (we may change the label 'roleplay' to 'watchers' if that proves too confusing).
To see clan mails sent to you, if you are a member of a clan, go into your forum, and click on "mail". They will be stored there for you to see.
