The Weapons Guild (Staves) is a weaponsmithing guild used to transform iron bars and wooden poles into staves.

say which items for staff Frimble Frickenbakker says 'You do need a few items to make a good staff, yes.' Frimble Frickenbakker says 'You will need a bar of iron, a hammer and a smooth pole.' Frimble Frickenbakker says 'When you are ready show me the pole so I can check the quality.' Frimble Frickenbakker says 'When you have everything start with smelting the iron.' Frimble Frickenbakker says 'When the iron is liquid, take it to the mould and pour the iron into the mould.' Frimble Frickenbakker says 'Let it cool down, then take the cap from the mould and put it over the end of the staff.' Frimble Frickenbakker says 'Rivet the cap in place.' Frimble Frickenbakker says 'Carefully file the heads off the rivets.' Frimble Frickenbakker says 'Once you have completed your masterpiece, I will ask you for a letter of rights to use my forge.' show pole frimble You show a smooth wooden pole to Frimble Frickenbakker. Frimble Frickenbakker says 'Ah good, good.' Frimble Frickenbakker says 'Go ahead, and start smithing.' smelt iron You drop a bar of iron. You place the iron in a smelting cup. Using a pair of tongs you take the cup from the oven. You carefully pour the hot iron into a mould. You leave the iron to cool down. You shake two caps from a mould. You can now rivet the caps to the staff. rivet caps staff You drop a smooth wooden pole. You slide the caps over the butts of the staff. You take a hammer and tiny rivets and carefully clop the rivets through the metal caps. With tiny clops you drive the rivets through the caps. You grab a file and carefully remove the sharp heads from the rivets. You put the staff in the barrel to wash the wire edges off. Frimble Frickenbakker says 'You can drop a letter of rights on that stool there, and I will give you the weapon.' drop slim You drop a slim roll of paper. Frimble Frickenbakker says 'Had a bad day? This is an apprentice's work!' Frimble Frickenbakker points to the wall and says 'There it is.' get staff You get a carved sourgum staff.
