Yell

Yell posts to all within your current zone, which can be heard by all races.

In Game Description

Syntax:  yell <message>

This will cause you to yell a message into the air, which will be heard
by all within the immediate area (crosses race boundaries). 

Example:
> yell Come out and fight like men, you wimpy Trollocs!
